Terms of Service

By using Puppii, you're agreeing to the terms below. Puppii is operated by Party Animal LLC. You can use it as long as you follow the basic rules (don't try to break it, don't use it to harm anyone). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Puppii is a helpful AI companion for daily life with your dog, not a replacement for a licensed veterinarian when one is needed. We can update these terms; if anything important changes, we'll let you know.

By creating a Puppii account or using the Puppii app or website, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use Puppii.

Puppii is an iOS app and accompanying web service that helps dog parents with daily life. Features include: AI-powered chat about dog topics, walk tracking, photo books and timelines, scanning of objects/foods, breed and personality analysis, and educational content about dogs.

Puppii is operated by Party Animal LLC, a Delaware company.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Puppii. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Puppii uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us at aaron@getpartyanimal.com.

Free trial. New users get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Paid plans. After the trial, you'll be charged at the rate of the plan you selected:

• Weekly: $6.99/week
• Monthly: $19.99/month
• Annual: $99/year

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage your subscription in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Payments. All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We don't see or store your payment information.

Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policy. We can't issue refunds directly.

Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we'll notify you in advance and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Puppii's chat feature uses AI to provide helpful information about dogs. The AI is built on a curated knowledge base, but it's still an AI: it can make mistakes, miss context, or give an answer that doesn't fit your specific situation.

Puppii is not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. If your dog is sick, injured, or showing signs of an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. Puppii will help you think through everyday questions, but it should never be your sole source of medical decision-making.

You acknowledge that any information Puppii provides is for general educational purposes and is not professional advice (veterinary, behavioral, or otherwise). Always use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals when warranted.

You can: use Puppii for your own personal, non-commercial purposes; share your Personality Snapshot results on social media; cancel anytime.

You cannot: reverse engineer the app; resell or redistribute Puppii content; use Puppii to harass, harm, or deceive anyone; attempt to extract or scrape data; use the service in any unlawful way; bypass paid features without paying; create automated accounts.

You retain ownership of anything you upload to Puppii (photos of your dog, conversation messages, dog profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You're responsible for the content you upload. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's rights, contains illegal material, or violates these terms.

The Puppii app, website, brand, design, and underlying knowledge base are the property of Party Animal LLC. You're licensed to use the service while your subscription is active, but the IP itself stays with us.

You can stop using Puppii and delete your account anytime from the Profile tab. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or the service itself. If we terminate your account for cause, we don't issue refunds.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Party Animal LLC and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Puppii. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Party Animal LLC and its team from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Puppii after changes means you accept the updated terms.
